What do your packages typically cost?
Our packages vary based on our clients' needs. We offer many different packages, some that include two photographers and others that include video, albums and even thank you cards. Two Photographer Coverage Starts at $2800. We also offer other amenities such as photo booths, candid photographers, brag books, etc.
What are your Studio's Hours?
We are available in the studio by appointment only but we are typically here Monday-Friday from 11:00am-7:00pm and on Saturday if not out on event or in session with another client.
How many hours of Cover does your Package Include?
Our packages vary based on the hours you required. Our digital package starts at 8 Hours, but most go up to 10 hours. Every additional hour after will result in a fee.
How many photographers will there be at our Wedding?
You have the option here at Jenifer Studio to hire the right coverage for your special day. Most of our package include one or two photographers, but you can add an additional or candid photographer to any of our packages.
What kind of Video Packages do you offer?
We offer many different types of cinematography. We offer some packages that offer drone footage and others that offer same day editing. Each video package includes three (3) copies of your fully edited wedding video customized with your choice of music on Blu-Ray with a highlight reel. Raw video files only given upon request.
When will I hear from you to my Timeline?
As soon as you provide us with all the details for your big day. We will email you to discuss any questions we have about your timing and final requests two weeks before the wedding. You can also email or call the studio at any time prior for questions!
Do we need to Provide meals for the photographers?
Yes, please. We are working hard all day long and will eat dinner when your guests are eating.
Is gratuity Included?
No. We do not include gratuity. Anything you'd like to give to the photographers on the day of the wedding is greatly appreciated!
Does any take Table shots any more?
Typically, no. If you do request table shots, you must tell us so we can make a note in your pre-summary and the bride and groom must accompany the photographer while they are being taken during the reception.
What is the Payment Schedule?
The initial deposit is required at time of booking. After that, your final balance is due two weeks before your event. Please refer to our policies for specifics about percentage and cancellations.
How will I receive & view my images?
All of your images will be posted online in a private gallery for one year. You will also receive a USB of all the images. You can share access with your online gallery by sharing the link and password with your family and friends. Your family and friends will also be able to order prints from our site. Any events that take longer than a year will need to have their access reset.
When do I get to see my images?
Your images will be posted online within 2 - 3 weeks from your wedding date. A email will be sent with instructions for the first time you log in to view the images.
Will my files have watermarks?
No. Your digital files are not watermarked and they will include a copyright release so that you may use them however you like (i.e. social media, making prints for family and friends, making thank you cards, etc.)
Will my my images be Processed or Retouched?
All your images are color-corrected before they are posted online. Black and White photos will also be in your gallery unless otherwise requested. Any specific or extensive retouching may be done by request to reprints, thank you's, albums, etc.
About your complimentary Engagement Sessions:
They are 100% complimentary. This is so we can get an idea of how to pose and work with you the day of your wedding. It also allows you to use these images for a portrait at the wedding or even to make announcements from. Our Engagement Sessions are typically done during the week only (Monday-Thursday). We do not do engagement session on weekends unless approved by the owner. The engagement sessions typically last 45 - 60 minutes. Within 2 weeks from your session, your images will be posted to your own password-protected gallery. You will receive a Usb or a digital download of all the high-resolution images taken at the session. The digital files will not have watermarks and the copyright release is included.
If it rains, we will reschedule your session for another date.
How do I select my Album Images & How long does it take?
You will select your images online once we email you the link and password. From there you will be able to select your images and share them with our studio. The album design process begins when you share your favorites. Once they are shared with us, the design process takes approximately 6 - 8 weeks. Your design will then be put online to review. After reviewing the album you will be able to make 3 sets of changes to it before charging a fee. Once designed and approved, your album will take 8 - 10 weeks for the printing and binding process. All of our albums are handmade in USA.
